The Cottarelli Magic Plus Head, can adequately hold hooks of any type size, from the littlest dry fly and midge hooks to the biggest streamer and predator hook patterns. The tip of the head is designed to hold small hooks, in the central part is meant for medium sized hooks, while the back is ideal to secure large hooks, with the help of two additional steel jaws, scoring an extraordinary strength.
The ingenious double jaws allows bottomless possibilities of adjustments, securing and positioning the hook, always maintaining the possibility of axis rotation. Managing the jaws, as usual in all Cottarelli Vise, is very easy, just turn the wheel, that is wrapped with two silicone rings for a better grip. The Cottarelli Magic Plus Head can be paired both with the travel base and the standard base. But, it cannot be mounted on the pocket version.
