Return Policy

Each return request can be accepted within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date. The returned items must be intact: they must not have been used or worn or damaged, they must be clean and with the tags still attached, as well as including all intact original packaging and related accessories received with the order. Otherwise the return of the items may be refused.


We will refund you the total amount you paid for the returned product. The refund will be issued with the same payment method used for the order. Your purchase information will be needed to process a return. Once the return has been received, the refund will be issued as soon as possible and in any case within 10 working days.


You can manage the return yourself, taking charge of the costs for shipping the returned item or items. If you wish to have the return shipment organized by us, there is a fixed cost of €15 for shipping management. In this case we will organize a collection from you and send you the label to apply to the package. Returned items must be sent back within 5 business days of receiving the prepaid label. The costs for this service will be deducted at the time of reimbursement. 54 Dean Street is not responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or delayed by shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.


Any returns are subject to quality control. Once the returned items have arrived at our warehouse they will be checked and the refund procedure started.
