HOTFLY SUPERB ESSENTIAL HIP WADERS
The Hotfly Superb ESSENTIAL Hip Waders are designed for fly fishing during the warmer months and in shallow water, offering an excellent balance of comfort, protection and durability. They are made using the same technical fabric and technologies as the ESSENTIAL chest waders.
The heat-sealed construction joins the fabrics without perforations, eliminating the weak points of traditional stitching and reducing the risk of water infiltration. The waders feature a single seam, positioned on the outside of the leg, away from the inner thigh area, for improved comfort and durability. The ergonomic stocking foot is made from 4 mm neoprene, with a highly abrasion-resistant outer coating.
The 4-layer Japanese technical fabric is completely waterproof and highly breathable, helping to keep the inside dry even during long summer fishing sessions. It offers waterproofing of over 30,000 mm water column, breathability of over 7,000 g/m²/24h, and a fabric weight of approximately 220 g/m², combined with excellent resistance to abrasion and tearing.
Thanks to their compatibility with technical wading boots (sold separately), the ESSENTIAL Hip Waders provide greater freedom of movement and a more natural walking experience compared to rubber boots. An elastic wading belt is also included, allowing the waders to be securely attached to any type of trousers, even when wearing simple shorts.
Each pair undergoes a leak test at the end of production to verify waterproofness, confirming Hotfly’s commitment to quality.
